WHITEHEAD PREMIUM GIN is a distilled dry gin, handcrafted in small batches. It is distinguished by its aroma of juniper, with the gentle accompaniment of flavors and scents from eight spices that evoke the powerful emotion of a premium distillate. A marc spirit base, distilled from malvasia grapes, is used to create this premium spirit. Nine ingredients are added to the base: juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, lemon peel, licorice, immortelle, anise, and ceylon cinnamon. The botanicals are macerated directly in the copper pot still for several days to capture only the most aromatic part of the gin, its “heart and soul.”
